Pemenco AB is a consultancy company, established in March 2000 and located in Lulea (http://www.lulea.se/english/) Northern Sweden. Our major business area is focused on project management, investigations and assessments, evaluations and writing project proposals. Our special area of interest is in regional development, financial issues including Venture Capital and the development of SME companies with a high level of content in technology and knowledge.

Among our many clients are the following worth to mention; Aurorum Science Park in Luleå, Luleå University of Technology, Umeå University, Boden, Umeå and Luleå Municipalities, County Administrative Boards of Norrbotten and Västerbotten.
